V Cut Blending Shading is dasique’s contour palette. Each palette holds three tones, from light to deep, so the shadow can be built in steps. The brand says the colours leave out yellow and red to give a subtle shadow that follows the face’s natural contour.

#01 Warm Blending is a set of soft warm browns. #02 Cool Blending is a cool medium grey and ash.

Pick up powder on a brush and sweep lightly over the skin. For a V-line, sweep from the temple along the upper cheek, then from below the ear to the chin tip. Mix the lightest and middle tones for the nose and the cupid’s bow.
