Do you have a product catalogue I can see?
Yes — send us an inquiry and we'll email you our current wholesale catalogue with pricing. We don't publish full pricing publicly as it varies by volume and market.
What is the minimum order quantity?
50 units per SKU for K-Beauty and K-Health. 100 units per SKU for K-Food. There's no minimum on the total number of SKUs you can order.
Can you ship to Nigeria, Ghana or other African markets?
Yes — Africa is our primary market. We have experience clearing customs in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Côte d'Ivoire, and other markets. We provide all documentation needed for import.
Do you provide halal certification?
Selected K-Food and K-Health products carry Halal certification. Let us know in your inquiry which products you need halal-certified for and we'll confirm availability.
What documentation do you provide with orders?
Every order includes: Commercial Invoice, Certificate of Origin, MFDS certificate (for cosmetics), Safety Data Sheets, and Packing List. Additional documents available on request.
How long does shipping take?
Typically 14–21 days from order confirmation to delivery, depending on your location. We use established freight forwarders with tracking. Express options available at additional cost.
